Ingredients: 
Small head of cabbage, chopped into pieces
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef or turkey
1/2 cup instant rice
1-14 oz. can low fat beef broth
1-14 oz. can sauerkraut
1-14 oz. can of tomato puree
1 medium to large onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Directions: 
Mix meat, onion, salt & pepper, brown-stirring to keep loose. Then add cabbage, rice, broth and tomato puree. Stir together and cover. Keep covered for 10 minutes then stir and add sauerkraut jucie and all. Stir to mix well and continue cooking covered until cabbage is done. (20-30 minutes)
